- Update to version 4.7.1
* Add support for E-AC-3 7.1 encoding. Requires latest FFmpeg
from git
* Set lookahead-slices to 2 for the built-in script preset
* Revert to using dafault of 0 for cbqpoffs/crqpoffs for
SDR content
