Is the ffmpeg conditionally really required? Just let the solver chose the newest.

conditionally really require for leap. its made failed build without it (undefined reference to `av_demuxer_iterate'). i dont know how to fix this. https://pmbs.links2linux.de/package/show/home:mantarimay:test/MPlayer
