New package for LEAP 16.0 ONLY!
Note: For this to work, someone needs to branch libfreeaptx to staging, enable build for 16.0, ensure that this does not break pipewire-aptx (if that existed) for 16.0.
Further, I never intended for gst-bad/ugly-codecs to be available for LEAP, but since Im just a package maintainer, I could not nuke the repo someone else enabled for bad/ugly.
So since the packages are already in the wild, here is a "best effort" option.
Untested, unverified and low low effort. Users be warned.
