- Used ffmpeg4.patch and transcode-1.1.7-ffmpeg29.patch from gentoo
  to enable transcode to build against ffmpeg-3. Can't build
  against ffmpeg-4 due to the use of depreciated
  av_audio_resample_init( in filters/filter_resample.c
